Ingredients:
Lemon, Orange, Hibiscus flower, Rose Petal, Licorice Root, Vitamin C.
Caffeine – Free
Brew Instruction:
Fill 1 teaspoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
Precautions:
Hibiscus flowers are often intercropped with peanuts. Occasionally fragments of peanut shells are present. Caution for individuals with severe peanut allergies.
Licorice Root can cause increased in blood pressure and decreased potassium levels when consumed in large amounts. Please consult your doctor before use.
