Ingredients: Raspberry leaf, chaste tree berry, lemon verbena, linden flower & leaf, nettle leaf, cinnamon, lemon peel, squawvine herb and stevia leaf.
Pour 8-12 oz of boiling water (212° F) over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep 3-4 minutes.
Precaution: Chaste Tree is not recommended for use with hormonal contraceptives.
